And thank God for the early end to this week with a Usher meet up on Thursday night at Astons (Yippee!) followed by a Friday morning Cohesion at SAFRA Yishun!
First the Usher meet up. It was a small affair with four of us and I happened to be:
1. The oldest
2. The only guy
Blatant Usher Ministry Advertisement from the bottom of my heart:
But still, there's no room for feeling weird or left out when you are with ushers; They'll always make you feel welcome! If you want to know what I mean, join Usher!
Darn I feel so lost for words. (In a good way.)
Then comes the Cohesion at SAFRA Yishun. By all accounts it was a long wait, and when I finally got my turn at the air pistol shooting, I managed a not too bad score on the Zero-ing phase (34/50; 5 shots, 10/9/7/6/2). Lucky! I even brought the target sheet home for posterity's sake!
On the actual shooting, I actually scored a 25/50. Oh well, at least all were shots-on-target. After that there were some games which I sat out, and lunch came.
Fast forward a few hours after the trip home, an early Quiet Time and here I am sitting in front of the screen.
It's been a good week. :)
P.S. Oh and a certain Jerrome's going into NS soon! See you at my unit if God permits!
